Fields of responsibility

We are looking for Sales Manager to work with the entire ALK portfolio within allergy immunotherapy. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the complete ALK portfolio in the field of allergy immunotherapy. This position is at the national level, and your primary area of responsibility will be the Czech Republic. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our company's growth by leveraging your exceptional networking skills and business acumen. Your main role will involve managing the team of Key Account Specialists. In your daily work you will interact with physicians & Key Opinion Leaders at relevant clinics in both primary and secondary care. You will also frequently collaborate with other departments across the company.

Areas of responsibility

  • Establish clear, measurable sales goals and Q targets for the sales team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify market opportunities and potential areas for growth
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the sales team
  • Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Recruiting, selecting, and training employees
  • Ensure that team members are up-to-date with product/service knowledge and sales techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Utilize and manage sales technology, including CRM software and sales analytics tools, to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Address performance issues promptly through coaching or corrective action
  • Qualifications:

  • Sales experience from the original pharmaceutical area
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. University degree, preferably in medical sciences or pharmacy
  • You have strong communication skills in Czech and English
  • You are comfortable communicating with your customers face to face or through the channel that is required to reach desired outcome
  • You are familiar with analyzing sales figures and contributing to the evaluation and development of your own sales performance
