Who we are

Trelleborg Industrial Solutions (TIS) is a leading global provider of innovative polymer-based solutions for key industries and critical infrastructure. We are one of the business areas of the Trelleborg Group with a total of approximately 6,000 employees around the world.

In our PA Pipe Repair we are involved in the development and production of innovative technology and consumables for sewer rehabilitation, a constantly growing and exciting future market - geared towards the challenges of environmental protection.

About the Job

For Trelleborg Pipe Repair in Denmark we are looking for a Sales Manager. This person will be part of a small local team based at our site in Gadstrup/Roskilde but also of our large global Pipe Repair team.  In this position you will take care of the following tasks:

  • Manage existing direct customers (installers) and acquire new business
  • Pursue sales leads - visit new customers (and existing) who may be of strategic importance
  • Develop direct sales versus distribution strategy based on geographical location, local presence, competence etc.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective key customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is experienced in sales, sales managament and/or business development, likes to interact and communicate with different people and is driven by results with a strong desire to succeed. Skills that we are looking for on top of the above mentioned are those:

  • Proven high sales drive and development skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication convincing and influencing skills
  • Strong business and commercial mind/awareness
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver in a rapidly changing environment
  • Good knowledge and passionate for the pipeline rehabilitation industry
  • Self-starter with hands on mentality and well-developed analytical skills
  • Happy to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel
