About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an ambitious Sales & Operations intern to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Internship role is up to a 12-month fixed term contract and lies within our Nordics business unit. You will be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be reporting into Senior Key Account Manager- Denmark. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Primary responsibility will be to support the Danish Retail Sales team- your tasks will include: Daily customer support for selected customers. Managing and entering customer promotion plans into CRM system. Secure forecasting in close collaboration with demand planning- and tracking performance against forecast. Securing promotional campaign accruals and invoices are correct in collaboration with the finance department. Handle and analyze sales data to bring recommendations for commercial growth aligned with Nordics strategy. Project management with marketing including new product launches and marketing campaigns. Ongoing improvement of existing processes and ways of working. Be ready to handle hands-on and ad-hoc activities.
Hard Skills Preferably on final year of business/economics master program or recently graduated. Great knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in Danish and English.
Communication Skills At Kraft Heinz you will easily be exposed to senior management- no matter your level. Therefore- it is important you have excellent communication skills- to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
