Sales rep / Customer Success Manager at startup

About Us:

We're a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS startup making a design tool that the biggest and fastest-growing ecommerce companies in the world are using for designing their Catalog Ads on platforms like Facebook, Klaviyo, and similar. 

The Role:

As an Sales rep/ Customer Success Specialist/ Onboarding Manager, you're the key to our clients' success. You'll join our vibrant Commercial team, focusing on nurturing long-term relationships with top-tier eCommerce companies. 

The role itself is a hybrid mindset between Sales and Customer Success. You will guide newly signed-up companies through their 30-day free trial, demonstrate the value of our platform, help solve issues, and create a path to their long-term success.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Empower Clients: Guide eCommerce companies in designing powerful Catalog Ads using Confect.

• Consult & Train: Become a Confect and Catalog Ads guru to support our clients throughout their trial.

• Analyze & Adapt: Understand customer needs and guide them toward success with Catalog Ads.

• Technical Savvy: Grasp the technicalities of product feeds/ Catalogs and Facebook Ads to help our eCommerce companies succeed.

About You:

• Customer Facing Pro: 1+ year in Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, or similar. A marketing background is preferred.

• Passionate Helper: You're driven by helping people and businesses flourish.

• Marketing Fundamentals: You have a basic grasp of online marketing and eCommerce.

• Quick Learner: Our industry (and the platforms our users advertise on) are always changing and being updated, so you will have to grasp new knowledge, learn and pivot relatively fast. If you want to be told exactly what to do, this is not the right position for you. You will get a lot of responsibility, and will have to learn a lot - in a short time.

• People Person: Excellent at communication and understanding people.

• Tech-Savvy: Good understanding of digital advertising and technical stuff - we will train you on all the specifics, but you need to be able to grasp technical ideas (you will have to learn how Product Feeds works, and how Facebook Ads work technically).

• Strong Communicator: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Language: Fluent in English; Danish is NOT required.
