SAP is currently seeking a SAP iXP Transformation Office EMEA North - Student Intern


Purpose and Objectives


The SAP Transformation Office EMEA North is accountable for conceptualizing and implementing transformation in the region which includes change initiatives linking sales competencies, customer value and business impact.


Your role as a student assistant/intern


Being a student assistant, you will:


  • Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges in demand management, learning and enablement, adoption etc.
  • Lead demand & innovative programs to generate revenue by developing sales play, internal training and supporting the filed with targeted accounts
  • Shape smart reporting approaches and co-development of scale initiatives
  • Track leads, pipeline and help generate revenue
  • Drive learning analyses incl. reporting to increase learning effectiveness
  • Understand and apply change management methods, benchmarking and tools to deliver learning value propositions and ideas for improvement
  • Liaise with stakeholders to fine-tune select activities focusing on follow-up and reporting
  • Support the setup and execution of cross program governance via tools like Outreach, MS Lists, planner etc.
  • Support the development and maintenance of information sharing tools like MS SharePoint

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies


  • Student in the penultimate year of Masters or similar degree
  • English at a proficient level
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products - Advanced Excel skills would be advantage
  • Firm understanding of change management and business processes
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Design, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize own workload with ability to work to deadlines
  • Team player and high energy level
  • Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions; but also recommend solutions
  • Extensive exposure to program management is an advantage 
  • Thrives in and successfully drives cross-cultural, cross-organizational "virtual" teams
  • Strong communication (ability to communicate complex topics and ideas verbally and written on all levels), networking, relationship building skills




  • The student assistant position is intended for 6 months with the possibility to extend.
  • Working hours – avarage of 16 hours per week
  • The student will be paid by the hour
