The position
We are looking to hire for various SAP functional roles to ensure a successful conversion from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. You will be joining an area that takes global lead in defining, delivering, and maintaining our global solutions within the processes Produce & Deliver.

We are part of Digital, Data and IT and we support the Supply Chain business worldwide with state-of-the-art ERP solutions. Our SAP platform is currently being upgraded to S/4HANA and you will play an active role in the conversion in the first year. Hereafter you will take part of delivering business benefit projects in the new environment.

Key responsibilities:

Participate in daily delivery teamwork with focus on conversion to SAP S/4HANA

Work in an Agile Team within the program, collaborating with domain experts

Work closely with IT stakeholders as well as line of business partners

Be responsible for defining, planning, and executing the work activities in close collaboration with the Scrum Master, Product Owner and your delivery team

Participate in cross related workshops as the expert within your domain

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:Master’s degree in business, IT or another relevant field

Experience with supply chain processes in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA

Deep knowledge in one or more SAP modules like: PPPI, QM, WM, EWM, and ATTP

Understanding of the integration with e.g. Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Knowledge on end-to-end supply chain processes within SAP

Good understanding of the master data in SAP Production and Quality area

Experience in SAP end-to-end implementations and ideally S/4HANA conversion.

As a person you have strong analytical skills, making you able to understand technical complex issues. You have good interpersonal skills in being able to guide and challenge your colleagues in the line of business, when needed. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.

Supply Chain IT is a function within our Digital Data and IT organisation. We consist of highly skilled professionals driving change and taking ownership of global supply chain solutions in Novo Nordisk. SAP is one of the core systems in our ERP suite.
