Senior Analyst for Asset Management & Investment Risk

Asset Management & Investment Risk is the second line risk function covering Danske Bank’s asset management business. We focus our attention on specific investment products and maintain oversight of risks arising from these as well as their performance. We also maintain risk oversight of Responsible Investment activities and implementation of regulatory requirements. Further, we ensure prudent risk management across Asset Management through maintaining a holistic view of the risk profile through reporting to the LC&I CRO. We collaborate closely with other teams within Group Risk Management such as Non-Financial Risk and Model Risk, as well as various stakeholders across Asset Management. 

The team currently consists of 3 team members. We have diverse professional backgrounds and leverage each other’s’ experience and strengths to deliver great results. We are in the process of expanding our team and are hiring a student and a Senior Analyst. The team is located in Greater Copenhagen, and work both from our head office in central Copenhagen and our Lyngby location, where Asset Management is located.

Experienced Analyst with stakeholder management skills 

We are looking for someone with experience from either Asset Management, Governance, Risk Management or ESG who is solution orientated and can take initiative. 
You have an analytical mind-set preferably a financial background. You have a good understanding of either finance, legal/regulatory or EGS, and you can navigate between different stakeholders. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

Building a strong governance framework for Danske Bank’s flagship investment products as well as prudent implementation of ESG/Sustainable Investment regulatory requirements. 

We see you as someone who is self-motivated and self-driven and confident in leaning out and forming opinions. You are positive and enjoys working independently and have strong communication skills and are fluent in English in both verbal and writing.
