Senior Business Partner

If this sounds exciting to you, we would be thrilled to have you as our new Senior Business Partner in Performance and Portfolio Management, a part of IFP Business Development & Support.

The position
As our Senior Business Partner, you will be focused on Performance Management, and work in close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the organization. As we are scaling our production areas to be able to serve even more patients, ensuring that we are performing according to expectations, becomes increasingly more important. This job will build upon your existing expertise in stakeholder, communication, and performance management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our performance management systems are capable of setting the right direction for the years to come. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

About the department
IFP Performance and Portfolio Management is a part of IFP Business Development and Support located in the Bagsværd HQ - an international and high-performing area consisting of +50 people from approx. 18 different countries. We are responsible for Performance Management including Project Portfolio Management, Enterprise Risk Management and Strategy Deployment across IFP.
