For our Offshore Equipment department, we are looking for a strong Senior Project Manager to join us in developing and managing projects in our equipment portfolio. Learn more about the department by reading (page 24-29).
The position is a central role in our Equipment Project Management department with the responsibility of executing projects concerning transport, storage and installation of our key turbine components. As our Senior Equipment Project Manager you will join the team of R&D project managers with responsibility for development of equipment to the turbine components both for transport, storage and installation. Our Senior Project Manager will be a part of scoping the projects and you establish and align deliveries with the key stakeholders throughout the project from start to handover.

A self-driven and fact-focused team player, who thrives working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. You will have strong analytical skills and a qualitative-oriented approach towards assignments. You should have excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization.
You should hold a university degree in an engineering discipline and with 5-7 years of experience in project management of complex New Product Development projects with multiple stakeholders and suppliers. It is an advantage, but not a requirement if you have documented your experience through relevant Project Management certification e.g. IPMA B/C, PMP. Furthermore, you have a proven track record and have strong leadership skills and commercial understanding to be a sparring partner in the team.
You are capable of working, with people from different cultures at all organizational levels, and therefore also having excellent oral and written English skills.
