In a newly created position, as Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be part of the Business Finance team at UR, which is responsible for driving financial and business analytics across the organization. Our main role is to create relevant, fact-based and transparent analytics for business decisions.

Your focus will be to support the top Management gaining analytical insights on Universal Robot’s corporate and commercial strategies. You will play a key role towards our expanding Service organization, as well as our Commercial teams across the World, as their trusted Business partner in Finance. You will get exposure to top Management and through strong communication and an analytical approach, you will gain trust and play a vital role in ensuring that the right insights are brought forward at the right time. Reporting to our Head of FP&A, you will be part of a strong finance team based in our brand-new HQ in Odense, where commitment, attention to detail and integrity are key words. As a candidate for this position, you are passionate about delivering high quality, business relevant, analytics. You enjoy cross-organizational problem solving and are good at presenting your findings in a clear and structured way. You most likely have +5 years of relevant experience as a Finance Business Partner or within FP&A, business analytics, data science, performance management, commercial excellence or similar.

As a person you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you know that a deadline is a deadline, and you focus on quality in every aspect of the job. You have an outgoing and service minded personality and enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment. Working independently, taking responsibility, ownership and deliver results are some of the key elements in the position.
