The Senior Finance Manager, Operations at Radiometer is responsible for leading a global team of Plant controllers and Finance Analyst that supports Operations to make informed decisions in support of the organization’s financial objectives.

This position is part of the Finance & Accounting department located in Brønshøj, Copenhagen, Denmark and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Business partner with VP for Operations

Lead a global business unit finance team including finance employees for five global production sites

Build effective and strong relationship across Operations organization to ensure effective forecasting and budgeting from commercial organization through Global Supply Chain and Operations

Full P&L reporting done on a monthly basis for Operations Area with explanations on main deviations

Lead and prepare budget for Operations and present the budget and variance analysis to senior leadership.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Master degree in Finance, Controlling or Management Accounting

3+ years of experience in Production controlling

3+ years of experience in leading a team

Proven track record of working in a role requiring strong communication skills preferably in a global environment

Proven experience of driving finance improvement in Operations

Fluent level of English
