We are incredibly proud of this, but there’s still a lot more to do. That’s why we are expanding our team. And that’s where you come in: We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Internal Comms Manager to join the superstar Global Communications team at Too Good To Go.
This role is a 12 month maternity cover contract and can be based in either London or Copenhagen .
Your mission
You’ll seek to inform, inspire and empower our employees worldwide. To achieve that, you’ll scope and deliver the global cadence, build internal campaigns, draft change communications and define new processes. In doing it you’ll help our leaders to share the right information, to the right audiences, through the right channels at the right times #nopressure!

For us at Too Good To Go, Internal Comms is a critical function that not only keeps our global team updated, it also promotes employee engagement, high performance and DE&I. Internal Communications helps reinforce a true sense of belonging at Too Good To Go.
We’re ambitious: We’re looking for a strategic leader who can effectively bring together our mission, our leaders, our operations and our team. At Too Good To Go, Internal Comms is a role for someone really inspired and energised by the opportunity to see things through from concept to delivery, enabling us to build a culture that will help bring our purpose to the next level.
You’ll be accountable, self-motivated and driven. You’ll also collaborate closely with global leaders and internal stakeholders across People and Culture, Communications, Marketing, Global Management, Brand and Creative to make sure our amazing communications come to life.
The ideal candidate has exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You can manage complex stakeholder environments across a matrix and are a master at building great relationships. You need to show a true passion for rallying people around a single integrated plan.
While this Internal Communications role will require excellent strategic planning to build the long term vision of the team and internal comms function, it will also require the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
The Senior Internal Comms Manager will report into the Director of Corporate Communications, partnering with leaders and team members across our 19 offices in Europe, Australia and America, to drive ‘impact at scale’ across our global team of over 1200 people.
