More so than ever, technology is driving business growth and must therefore be a top consideration in M&A decision making. Assessing technological capabilities in the due diligence phase requires knowledge across IT architecture, enterprise systems and cybersecurity.

As a Senior IT Consultant, you will work closely with our Principal Investors & Private Equity Practice Area (PIPE) focusing upon helping the world’s largest private equity firms address their most strategic technology challenges, whether they are buying or selling a business. We look for new colleagues in our offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, and Oslo.

▪    You'll drive groundbreaking projects forward by using agile methods and modern approaches within the scope of strategic IT implementation for clients and by actively steering the relevant modules

▪    You'll smooth the path for tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on precise analysis of the specific situation and with current market developments and trends such as machine learning in mind

▪    You'll design and optimize unique IT architectures within the framework of enterprise solution requirements, modern custom software developments, and sustainable digital solutions, including cyber resilience

You can help us make a difference if you

▪    bring 4+ years’ experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development or IT project management in a tech related corporate development or start-up.

▪    have relevant experience from a top consulting firm (focused on technology, digital initiatives)

▪    gathered basic understanding of IT/technology financials and how it impacts deal value

▪     already have experience working within a Merger and Acquisition (M&A) environment, with a focus upon technology due diligence, technology carveout, technology PMI or PE-related value creation initiative with a portfolio company

▪    are a strategic thinker with a basic understanding of IT / technology financials and how it impacts deal value. Must be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

▪    bring outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong customer focus and mental agility with a results orientation

▪    obtained a university degree with above average academic performance in a STEM related field or business management
