emagine is seeking a Management Consultant who is very experienced in working with governance and stakeholder management, to support our client in the pharmaceutical industry. The role will be working with Stakeholder Mapping & Stakeholder Management for the A&P Strategic Support, DMD team. This role will be crucial in navigating the complex stakeholder landscape and establishing effective governance structures.
Description:
As a Management Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting the DMD team (Device Manufacturing Division) in understanding and optimizing its collaboration with key stakeholders. This includes creating an overview of existing knowledge and strategic tracks within DMD, identifying and prioritizing key stakeholder "pains," and performing comprehensive stakeholder mapping. You will align roles and responsibilities both internally within DMD and externally with stakeholders, defining structures and processes to support effective collaboration and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Create an overview of existing knowledge and strategic tracks within DMD team.
- Identify and prioritize key stakeholder "pains."
- Perform comprehensive stakeholder mapping, including current touchpoints and interfaces, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Align roles and responsibilities internally within DMD team and externally with stakeholders.
- Define structures and processes to support effective collaboration and governance.
- Plan, implement, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with existing strategic tracks, programs, and ongoing initiatives within DMD team.
Requirements:
- Experience in governance and stakeholder management within large organizations.
- Ability to work closely with management and business development stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or related industries is preferred.
Prerequisite:
- Access to key DMD stakeholders at management and business development levels.
- Close collaboration with sponsors and resources in A&P Strategic Support.

Duration: Flexible
Allocation: Up to full time (80- %) until summer and allocated 50-80% after summer, depending on business needs
