Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineer to join the Novo Holdings Digital team.

The Job  

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will join the Digital team anchored in Finance and Operations and help drive the key digital strategic initiatives and goals as well as the day-to-day operations to make these succeed. You will report to the Head of Digital who has the overall responsibility for shaping Novo Holdings’ digital journey. 

Your main tasks will be to: 

• Introduce machine learning, AI, Computervision, GenAI and other new and emerging technologies in NH including the development of ML models 
• Functionally responsible for ideation, development, operations and maintenance of machine learning, AI, Computervision and other new and emerging technologies  
• Support the development of a new tech strategy 
• Collaborate with the different lines of business in NH in order to uncover potential processes suited for new technologies 
• Bridge existing technologies like business intelligence with new technologies   
• Upskill colleagues in the Digital department and other departments 
• Inspire the Digital department and the rest of NH 
• Uncover business needs with both employees, directors and C-level 

The Digital team consists of 7 dedicated, algorithm-curious and driven employees based in Copenhagen. You will enjoy the opportunity to be part of a dedicated, international, ambitious, and connected team that are value-driven and respect and appreciate each other. 

Professional Qualifications   

We are looking for a candidate with: 

• A master’s in engineering, computer science or similar  
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience post degree  
• Experience with deployment and operations of ML-models 
• Experience with stakeholder management on all levels 
• Experience from private or financial organisations    
• Experience as a consultant and process optimisation is highly appreciated 
• Fluent in English, Danish is a plus
