Job Responsibilities
Play a key role on a big transformation journey where we are streamlining our system landscape, reorganizing our payroll set-up, and changing our HR delivery model. Lead the EMEA payroll organization by role modelling our company values and by focusing on employee development and well-being. Overall responsible for all end-to-end payroll and time related processes. Collaborate with IT and external vendors on system design, improvements, and integrations. Provide and analyze advanced payroll and time reports. Manage audits and compliance reviews. Map, design and continuously improve payroll and time management processes and procedures to streamline operations. Manage country payroll projects aimed at harmonizing payroll processes, policies, and systems across the organizations in EMEA.
Background & Skills
We imagine that you hold a relevant bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field (or have equivalent work experience).
We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an international Payroll Manager. It is important that you have a solid understanding of system landscapes as well as demonstrated experience with leading people, process streamlining and project management.
