Senior PR & Communications Manager (Maternity Cover Position)

GANNI IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR PR & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER TO HELP GUIDE OUR INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION AND FURTHER VIP PLACEMENTS. 

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

You are a person who enjoys team collaboration and has a comprehensive understanding of the fashion landscape and culture. You enjoy working on global brand projects and driving brand excellence through both elevated events, VIP brand placements, and value-driven press pitching. You enjoy working across international teams and understand the dynamics of building a luxury positioning in both emerging and esteemed markets. This role is a maternity cover position, and will be a position of minimum 10 months with possibility to prolong the tenure.

Responsibilities ahead of you:

- Drive agency and market strategy for PR & Communications across key territories, namely APAC.  

- Work in tandem with the Brand team to create engaging and elevated brand moments that cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders. 

- Work with agencies and internal teams to drive strategic VIP placements and cultural moments. 

- Work on launch planning for collabs across key markets.  

- Work with the Brand and Communications team on achieving strategic KPIs through both exposure, earned media value, and audience growth elevation.

- Cultivate relationships with press and people of influence to further brand relationships, acting as an ambassador for the brand. 

- Work collaboratively with the franchise on brand positioning activities in new and existing markets.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.

- 5+ experience in Communication & Public Relations. 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a team environment.

- Experience in driving agencies deliverables  in line with brand objectives. 

- Strong networking skills and existing global industry relationships. 

- Strong grasp of the cultural landscape in the APAC region.

The role will be based in Copenhagen out of the GANNI HQ and will report to the Global Communications Director. The role will oversee and work collaboratively external agencies and the brand team.
