The module development process relies on robust design methods and simulations. You’ll have an important role in projectteams, collaborating closely with other development teams, as well as our market and supply organizations. Additionally, you’ll be a vital contributor in liaising with stakeholders, including internal production, market teams, and external suppliers—spanning our factories in Denmark and the rest of Europe.

More specifically, your daily tasks will include:
Idea and mechanism concept development, including visualizing physical or digital solutions in 3D CAD.
Detailed design of mechanical modules and design units in steel and plastic.
Ensuring that product design and functional requirements align seamlessly.
Facilitating internal prototype testing and development tests, including test requisitions.
Providing the product development processes with robust design methodology to ensure design and construction reliability and predictability.
Performing simulations on relevant designs and features to qualify solutions.
Developing new test methods if required in collaboration with the test department.
Creating a technical and presentational basis for decisions during review and Gate meetings.
Moreover, part of your job will involve participating in Front End and Stage Gate projects. You’llbe responsible for deliverables to Gate discussions and presenting technical issues at review meetings. Additionally, you’llparticipate in relevant seminars and fairs, both nationally and internationally (typically within Europe).
Therefore, expect some travel between company offices, factories, and partners within Denmark—20-30 days per year. You can also anticipate 1-3 yearly business trips outside Denmark, such as visiting our non-Denmark-based factories.
