WTG Product Market Strategy is anchored in Onshore Product Market Strategy in Sales, where we set the market direction for future commercial product offerings, making sure that Vestas always has the right offerings while ensuring market access. The Onshore Product Market Strategy has a global reach into our sales regions and customers.

We are responsible for aligning the Product Market Strategy globally across our Sales Business Units to support local market growth, taking into account the dynamics of the global market for renewable solutions.

As part of the WTG Product Market Strategy team, you will have the opportunity to join a group of highly skilled peers driving our onshore WTG market roadmaps and competitiveness improvement initiatives. In your role, you will:
Help mature our global market roadmaps, setting the market direction for future commercial product offerings
Develop product market competitiveness investigations, identifying and consolidating global gaps and opportunities based on regional feedback and global market trends
Identify strategic value chain and business requirements together with relevant functions and ensure they are integrated into market roadmaps
Engage in roadmap projects to steer focus and direction from a market perspective, supporting best-for-Vestas product decisions in global alignment with key stakeholders
Establish the Go-to-Market strategy as part of commercialising upcoming product releases, including customer value propositions through a deep understanding of customer value drivers
Demonstrated expertise in the renewables industry
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree, with a preference for backgrounds in Business/Economics coupled with pertinent market and technical experience or in Engineering complemented by hands-on commercial exposure
Previous experience with consistently delivering substantial results
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Prior experience in a global, intricate organizational setting
Excellent collaborator and networker who appreciates working with many stakeholders
Ability and willingness to achieve goals to do "what it takes"
Have the power to influence and question the status quo both internally and externally
Possess great communication skills and are fluent in English (oral and written)
