The position
You will become part of a newly established project organisation that must ensure capacity to meet the increased demand from Novo Nordisk A/S, by establishing a new greenfield GMP production facility in Zealand.
The new facility is built to modern standards. Sustainability and safety are key aspects during construction and operation as well as ensuring future expansion capabilities.

This role will entail providing timely and relevant updates on project status to all key stakeholders, reporting and adjusting for any deviations from your plans as you advance the projects. You will provide clarity on responsibilities and expectations in your project team and lead the way when it comes to meeting structures, feedback procedures and collaboration.
You can look forward to working with people with many different backgrounds, across organisational levels and geography – from reporting your results to top management to meeting the operators affected by your decisions.

About the department
Your primary role for the next 3-4 years will be as Project Manager in the new facility project. However, you will also be affiliated with our Project Management Office (PMO), where you will be able to draw on the experiences of employees and people managers within your field.
The Project Management Office (PMO) handles projects of different sizes and scopes related full-scale production, covering rebuild of existing production facilities, introducing new products to the market, as well as implementations of methods, digitalisation of processes, equipment, IT, and buildings.
