At Novo Nordisk’s production site in Hillerød we produce marketed products, and are responsible for both filling, assembly, and final packaging. Our production processes are complex, and the factory is an important part of providing quality products to patients globally. Part of the factory is new, and part has been well functioning for years – it is a project program and ambition of the site to have all maintenance and spare part handling done in SAP PM and MM.

The position
As a Senior Project Manager within Injectable Finished Products Hillerød (IFP HI) department you will join a highly skilled project manager environment, as part of the Project Management Office (PMO). You will be working with a primarily waterfall project management model and with a mature site project governance setup; program and project management is centred around engaging local Line of Business (LoB) resource and managers to plan and execute their local transformation to SAP PM MM. Moreover, in this role it is also required to drive the business development of maintenance strategy together with the Senior Manager of Maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the program implementing SAP PM MM across IFP Hillerød, according to prioritized roadmap as well as developing and implementing a detailed project plan to track progress.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget while being responsible for other project managers executing the projects under the program, and/or also be Work Package Owner (WPO) for sub projects yourself
Utilizing efficient planning and stakeholder alignment to ensure necessary process support for project execution
Working with operational maintenance team and department and their local SAP supporters and specialists
Collaborating and fostering individual and team change management as a new processes and systems are introduced
Collaborating actively with departments management team and providing feedback as well as sparring on program strategy and priority
Moreover, this position involves a high degree of stakeholder management within the organization, including process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and equipment managers across the program, as well as corporate partners.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will become a role model for our project management teams and are also expected to provide sparing and support across PMO when and if needed. You will not have people directly reporting to you.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
An academic degree in engineering, natural science or similar, and a proven track record working with SAP PM MM and/or maintenance and asset management
Background as a senior / project manager, working with waterfall project management and experience in proactive maintenance and preferably SAP PM MM
Recent success in asset management strategy development and implementation
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a good sense of diplomacy to enable progress in a complex stakeholder landscape
Professional proficiency in English

You have excellent communication skills that allow you to collaborate with professionals across all levels in the organization, including the ability to rapidly develop and clearly communicate scenarios, impact of risks, and recommendations to decision-makers. Moreover, you demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, while implementing a new maintenance system, and work closely with stakeholders to achieve the sub projects.
About the department
In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce a large portfolio of products fighting diabetes and obesity worldwide, this position is located at the Novo Nordisk IFP site at Hillerød. The production is running 24/7, but as a part of the Production Support department the Project Management Office works normal hours Monday to Friday.
You will report to our Senior Manager for Project Management office, where you will be part of a +40-project manager group, all dedicated to projects across our site. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects and implementing new solutions with minimum impact on the ongoing production. From project office we execute projects within aseptic production (formulation, filling and inspection) and finished production (assembly and packaging), IT/Automation, Material handling systems as well as projects withing facility and building.
