Senior Project Manager QC Module department in Fill & Finish Expansion

The Position

The Senior Project Manager will be part of a newly established department with Quality Control specialists responsible for designing and establishing the standard QC module within the Fill & Finish Expansion scope. We are looking for someone with extensive project management experience ideally from QC capacity expansion projects, who can take the lead for coordinating engineering activities. Although the role will be situated in Copenhagen Area, Denmark, it will integrate with the project teams at our site projects in Denmark, France, Brazil, and the US.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate creation of URS and design for facilities, HVAC, Utilities and Waste in the QC laboratories in collaboration with our key stakeholders including engineering counterparts in Aseptic Production, Finished Production and intralogistics
• Identify interfaces and coordinate design activities with other work packages in FFEx future standards to ensure a QC Module that fits into the FFEx standard design
• Close collaboration with the Quality Planning area to ensure coordinated Science & risk based validation planning
• Plan, execute, and coordinate project activities
• Track progress of deliverables

Qualifications

To succeed in this department, you should:

• Have a relevant academic education, such as mechanical, chemical, process, building engineering or equivalent.
• Be experienced in design and/or establishment of new facilities. Ideally QC but this is not a requirement.
• Be an experienced project manager of technical and/or complex projects.
• Have minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably within Pharma or Biotech
• Have a drive to challenge the status quo supported with data, while making decisions to move forward with a strong quality mindset.

The ideal candidate for these roles should be able to communicate clearly and distinctly in English, both in written and spoken form. The candidate should be known for their excellent collaboration skills and have a purposeful, determined approach to taking the lead on tasks. Additionally, the ideal candidates enjoy new challenges and be eager to learn new things.

About the Department

The QC module department in Future standards, Fill & Finished Expansion at Novo Nordisk is a newly established department responsible for designing and establishing the QC module as the future standard in all Fill & Finished expansion projects to ensure delivery of Novo Nordisk products to more patients. The department will be staffed with highly qualified senior project managers and professionals who is there to design the QC module ready for innovative and efficient quality control processes.

Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.
