Your position
In your new position in the Oil & Gas division, you will take on the exciting role as a Senior Project Manager for our Fabrication and Yard facilities, where we specialize in fabrication of a wide range of high-quality modules, skids, steel structures and piping for the offshore wind and oil & gas industries. This will be the chance for you to bring your project management experience into play in leading projects that contribute to tackling global energy challenges. As a key player in our high-performing and dedicated team, you will not only ensure the seamless day-to-day project planning but also play a vital role in engaging with stakeholders, managing tender submissions, conducting contractual negotiations and overseeing project progress.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will balance between day-to-day business, innovative thinking and selling the next project.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Managing tender submissions
• Strong partner for our customers
• Participating in the development and ensuring the implementation of short- and long-term plans and initiatives
• Providing inspiring leadership by providing direction and assigning clear roles and responsibilities
• Ensuring that our project deliveries are within time, quality, and cost targets
• Monthly Project reviews to ensure accountability of all project activities
• Developing and managing budgets and business plans
• Conducting contractual negotiation
• Monitoring project progress
• Engaging with third-party authorities to clarify requirements
• Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) prior to customer hand-over

Your profile & qualifications
You are ambitious, structured and have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work and to our customers. You are capable of adapting to changes and thrive in a role where you have daily communication with many stakeholders. You have leadership competencies within, strategy, operations, and project economics.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

• Strong technical background with experience preferably from renewables and/or oil & gas industry
• An educational background as an engineer (marine, mechanical, structural) or related fields
• Commercial approach
• A strong ability to anticipate market developments
• Technical knowledge of welding
• Fluency in English and Danish, verbal and written
