We are looking for a Senior Project Manager-New Platform and Product Introduction to join our dynamic and engaged Service Industrialization team which is part of Global Operations in the Service Business Unit of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.The role is to be based out of SGRE’s Brande offices in Denmark and will report to the Head of Service Industrialization Center .
How to contribute to our vision
The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure that each regional organization has the appropriate knowledge of newwind turbineplatforms and products and that the maturity of theseisin place for start-up of service operations globally. You will be expected to both facilitate and participate in the development, improvement, and implementation of the various products and platforms within Service.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate input to product and platform development process representing Service Operations in the process
Develop service concept for new platforms together with stakeholders
Ensure products and platforms are matured for Service Operations (documentation, spareparts, parts, training requirements, manning requirements etc.)
Facilitate knowledge sharing with regions to ensure feedback loops to and from development process
Facilitate broad alignment in Service Operations regarding new product and platform introduction
Knowledge sharing across the organization
Liaise with other departments to facilitate most efficient execution of all service task
Gather and facilitate resolution of technical queries from service operations
Identify and support new solutions for improving SGRE´s performance
Support in building business cases that evaluate full operational impacts of new solutions/products
Recommend how newwind turbineplatforms and products should be implemented and coordinate the operational input from product requirement specification
Set targets for new products & platforms costs together with the regions
Based on above analysis, recommend changes to products

You have an academic background and minimum7+ years of relevant experience, ideally from the wind or building industry, together withexperience in product development & project management.
You are user at advanced level in Microsoft Office applications.You have excellent English skills – orally as well as in writing.
