The role

TOTEME is looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join our new store in Copenhagen full-time. As Senior Sales Advisor you will act as a brand ambassador providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and will help drive the business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Create and maintain long-term relationships.
• Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets.
• Act as an ambassador for TOTEME.
• Merchandising and styling.
• Plan and execute daily store operations.
• Work towards company standards and goals.
• Analyze and work towards Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience in fashion retail (high-end/contemporary luxury preferable).
• Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
• Fluent in English and Danish.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Copenhagen store starting from September 2024.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London and New York and a growing number of stores in Europe, North America and Asia.
