The team
We offer you a chance to become part of the Nordic Transformation Office which plays a significant role in prioritising and implementing group-wide strategic initiatives. We enable management across the Nordics develop the strategic direction and making sure that strategic visions are broken down into strategic initiatives, developed and implemented by teams consisting of colleagues from around the organization. Thus, we are a part of the entire process from idea to actual change.

We are looking for a colleague who wants to take part in the entire process – but who especially wants to help our colleagues implement these initiatives.We operate under a Nordic agenda, and we therefore work closely together across the markets in a dynamic and flexible work environment. Thus, some travel must be expected in this role. The Transformation Office is a small, newly re-established team that is on a growth journey, that you have a change to be a part of. As our Transformation Consultant we therefore offer you an opportunity to actively take part in shaping the future direction of the team. The tasks
As a consultant in our Transformation Team, your daily work will vary a lot, and you can expect to be working with different tasks such as:

The who
You might be a former management consultant with 3-5+ years of experience, have experience from a complex organization or maybe your background is something completely different. You find energy in complex challenges, have a natural flair and interest for change as well as process and business understanding.To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong people management skills, as you need to be able to engage with various stakeholders and build credibility. Even if most of the work is structured around teamwork you should have the ability to work independently and be keen on taking own initiatives. You must be a keen learner and have big ambitions to learn and develop yourself together with the team while having fun. You are experienced in working with senior leadership, yet also have an ability to work effectively at all levels of large organisations and a talent to keep a holistic view and still have an eye for details.
