SHE-Q Manager – Mammoet Nordics

Would you like to manage and develop the SHE-Q function in Mammoet Nordics? Would you like to be responsible for the overall implementation and execution of our SHE-Q policies and standards, as well as advising the organization on how to comply with company standards and local legislation?

You will be based at our Nordic head office in Brande, Denmark, but your responsibilities will also include our locations in Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Safety is the highest priority of all Mammoet operations, and our key values are to take care and be responsible. We focus on Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHE-Q) in all parts of the organization, both Mammoet and our customers expect high standards in everything we do.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements.
• Updating our current SHE-Q framework (Risk Assessments, Method Statements etc.) in collaboration with our highly dedicated Operation team and other stakeholders.
• Updating and implementing policies and safety procedures.
• Managing and preparing internal and external audits in order to retain our ISO certification.
• Assessing the safety of jobsites and conducting workplace activities.
• Conducting and overseeing safety inspections and training.
• Advising the organization on all SHE-Q topics.
• Reporting safety numbers and details.

We have obtained the following certificates, which you will be responsible for upholding in the future: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

You will have access to sparring from our SHE-Q colleagues in Europe.

The position requires travelling, mostly in the Nordics, but also to other European countries.

You thrive on working in an international environment with different cultures and you tackle new challenges with positivity, creativity, and a natural flair for innovation. You like to work independently, and you enjoy organizing and bringing structure to your work.

• Administrative background combined with a relevant education.
• Experience with SHE-Q in the transport industry is a big advantage, but SHE-Q experience from other industries is also appreciated.
• Experience with ISO and external audits.
• Good English skills, both in verbally and in writing.
• Creative and pro-active problem solver.
• Highly organized and motivated to work under short deadlines in a dynamic environment.
