Job Description:

As a Software Test Engineer, you will be an integral part of our product development process, where you will be responsible for ensuring that each new feature is not only technically flawless but also intuitive and user-friendly. You will work closely with our support team, stay ahead of customer feedback, and use this insight to proactively identify potential areas of concern. With your technical expertise, you will be able to convey complex error reports to our development team, ensuring that our solutions are always top-notch.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Testing new features to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and functionality.

• Close collaboration with our support team to identify and document bugs reported by our customers, as well as communicate and provide training on new features.

• Assisting the support team in conveying technical details of errors to our development team for prompt troubleshooting.

Your qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who aligns with several of these points:

• Experience with Jira software is a plus.

• Ability to effectively communicate technical details to non-technical teams.

• In-depth knowledge of modern testing tools and methodologies.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methods is highly desired.
