This role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and directly reports to the Senior Director, Demand Planning & Fulfilment, International Operations - Strategic Operations (IO-SO).
The Position
As S&OP Manager, you will support improve and sustain our S&OP process, and work across central functions (mainly finance and commercial) and regional teams to drive decision-making and resolution of business cases. In this role, you are expected to contribute to the following areas with the following activities.
You will have the following key responsibilities to:
Assist in preparing for the IO S&OP meeting by aligning on prioritized cases with Global S&OP, and understand the financial implications of different scenarios and communicate risks and opportunities for more productive discussions, as well coordinate with multifunctional case teams to determine options to be presented for decision makers and ensure all necessary inputs for the IO S&OP meeting are available Support the facilitation of the IO S&OP meeting, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, decisions are made, and execution plans are articulated and communicate decisions to relevant functions / regions and ensure execution is taking place. Ensure the IO S&OP process is maintained at the intended level of maturity and maintain tracking of attendees, action plans, outcomes, and meeting summaries. Document the current process and collaborate with the Regional S&OP process responsible for continuous improvement, support the implementation of process improvements, share and apply best practices with other business units/geographies. Build rapport, understanding, and trust with key stakeholders through ongoing dialogue and delivering results, communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, listening to multiple viewpoints and understanding their relevance to IO S&OP outcomes and focus on continuous improvement and identify opportunities to simplify and integrate process steps. Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have relevant academic degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience within supply chain management. Experience in a multinational company and pharmaceutical industry is highly valued.
