Spare Part Sales Representative

Right now, we are looking for a Spare Parts Sales Representative based in Brazil, to join our dedicated after-sales team and serve as a vital connection to our headquarters in Farum, Denmark.

In this role, you will: 

• Ensure positive customer experiences by working closely with colleagues. 
• Contribute to planning and sales of service activities. 
• Handle pricing, prepare quotes, manage customer inquiries, and maintain communication. 
• Follow up with customers and reach out when needed.

Responsibilities 

As a Spare Parts Engineer, you will: 

• Ensure spare parts sales and ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Work with internal stakeholders and communicate directly with customers. 
• Review technical drawings and specifications. 
• Prepare purchase specifications, cost estimations, and commercial proposals. 
• Review commercial and financial documents. 
• Execute orders from purchase to delivery. 
• Participate in technical workshops and follow-up discussions. 
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Proactively sell spare parts, process orders, and prepare quotes. 
• Reactivate customers who do not purchase spare parts for existing machines. 
• Prepare offers for new and existing customers. 
• Contribute to planning and sales of Aasted’s service activities. 
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up as needed. 
• Provide technical advice on spare parts for production machines. 
• Coordinate tasks across the company and with customers. 

We Are Looking For 

• At least 2-3 years of sales experience. 
• Experience working with ERP systems. 
• Interest in and deep understanding of technical solutions. 
• High communication skills in English, both written and spoken. 

It Is Meritorious If You Have 

• A technical educational background. 
• Previous experience selling technical spare parts. 
• Knowledge gained through education, experience, or self-taught.
