Our international team is located in Viby, Poland, and the UK. We are responsible for the safeguarding and stability of applications used within the Intelligent Automation and Data Lakehouse landscape and a vital part of our job is to cooperate with and follow up with our support teams, both internal and external to ensure we are getting the results needed by both our SLA’s but also the changing business need.

How you will make an impact

You will be part of the Intelligent Automation & Data Lakehouse team in IT Operations - Application Services and your role will be an important link between IT, the business, and our support teams. As a Service Delivery Specialist for Data Analytics, you will have a close relationship to the business, IT project teams, and your support teams. You will be their on-to person and maintain a good overview of support capabilities and adapting the support model as needed in this developing area. Further, you facilitate collaboration with Agile Release Trains for large-scale project delivery and subsequent transition to IT Operations is essential in ensuring a seamless and successful handover of solutions.
