We at Hasbro Nordics are recruiting for a Sr Customer Service Rep (English & one of Scandinavian languages: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finish). In this role you will be mainly based in our Copenhagen office but you will also have the flexibility to work from home.
As a Customer Service Rep you will be working in our fun team delivering HET/HIT Nordics customers their requirements, orders, quotes, content and reports throughout the year including busy peak periods. As a valued team member, you will also support your team during planned and unplanned periods.
The Customer Service Rep will deliver an efficient & effective Order management process whilst improving ways of working and business processes to unlock the highest service at the lowest possible cost. This is a key role in our business in driving service & ensuring the best Customer experience, it requires the holder to operate across a range of teams in the organization, as well as supporting any external requirements with our customers & their teams to pre-empt and deal with any issues likely to affect service levels adversely.
