If yes, we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead a Project Management Office in the Packaging Programs and Projects division of Device Manufacturing and Development (DMD).
You will be a close partner in executing and supporting many projects within the program and you will be acting as the crucial link between workgroups, program managers, specialists, manufacturing sites and other key stakeholders. The team currently consist of 9 project managers supporting our global manufacturing sites and will grow in the coming years. They ensure high-quality project management for investment projects delivering packaging lines for one of Novo Nordisk's primary device platforms. Travel is required for supporting global sites and equipment suppliers.

Experience in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing is preferred but not required. Interest in engineering and projects is necessary, and the role involves both management and project execution.
You have a pioneer spirit, excel in build-up phases, balance leadership and management, communicate well, and work effectively with stakeholders. You think cross-functionally, find the best solutions for the business, take initiative, and challenge current practices.

Packaging is a large department within Device Manufacturing Development (DMD). DMD is responsible for the industrialisation of all medical devices at Novo Nordisk. We are an end-to-end corporate organisation developing products for high volume production, establishing control strategy of the products, improving, and implementing the production equipment at the production sites in different parts of the world. Finally, it is our ambition to drive change by discovering and putting in practice novel digital solutions to our processes.
