The position
• Team consultants: Understand and analyze the training needs of regional sales team to provide individualized training solution;• Regional training plan/facilitation: Analyze the training needs to make annual training plan and conduct it in the region;• Sales training: Deliver sales training courses with high quality;• Coach: Coach the first line of sales Rep and sales line managers’ sales skill by regular visiting doctor together;• IDP : Summarize regional training needs based on IDP analysis report;• MIS: Finish monthly reports, hand in training records,and support whole sales training plan. Qualifications• Bachelor degree and above, majoring in psychology, business management, or related fields;• At least 2 years of experience in sales management in relevant industry;• Passionate about training, willing to share and help others;• Excellent communication and presentation skills;• Ability to influent and communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
