Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded Supply Strategist to join our Nordics Supply POD team. As a key member of the POD, the Supply Strategist will collaborate closely with various functions to ensure optimal workforce planning and capacity management to meet our client's demands effectively. The Supply POD's core objectives are to create and execute fulfilment strategies while enhancing supply channel efficiencies.
This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Craft Lead to develop and execute fulfilment plans in alignment with demand signals
- Coordinate and activate appropriate supply channels based on fulfilment plans, including hiring, contracting, and training
- Lead talent supply management activities encompassing Bench & contractor management, Performance management & promotions, Mobility decisions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply channels, including talent data management, Hiring process efficiencies, and Learning/up-skilling process enhancements
- Oversee weekly pod operations, manage fulfilment plans, and ensure accurate talent system updates
- Monitor and analyse pod performance KPIs while mitigating risks and optimising revenue potential
- Maintain capacity systems and communicate pod status, key decisions, risks, and corrective actions to the leadership team on a regular basis
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of proven experience in Resource Management, PMO, Recruitment, or Talent Management within medium to large organisations, with a focus on skills including software engineering, product management, and experience design
- Solid understanding of talent management best practices. Exposure to recruitment or talent management tools is a plus
- Proficiency in data processing and analysis to develop comprehensive fulfilment plans; advanced skills in handling complex datasets in MS Excel required, experience with PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Strong organisational capabilities with experience in team leadership and driving strategic initiatives
