Your challenges
At our Head Office in Hørsholm, you will be joining a newly formed team in the Research & Development organisation focused on setting the strategic direction for VELUX Innovation Center (VINC) and supporting execution of strategic initiatives. Closely collaborating with the senior leadership team and cross-functional partners, you will assist in development and deployment of the R&D strategy to ensure we bring the best possible products to market in an efficient manner.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment focused on quick iterations and team problem-solving to solve both conceptual and technical challenges.

Your primary tasks will include:
Support the development and implementation of our R&D and innovation strategy.
Create workshop materials and presentations for strategy-related initiatives.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and utilize templates for tracking progress toward strategic goals.
Provide ad-hoc support to the management team for strategic projects and tasks.
You can expect to work approximately 15 hours per week, and we offer flexible working hours tailored to accommodate your academic commitments. Furthermore, we work flexibly within the team and offer the opportunity to work remotely when tasks allow for it.
Your qualifications

You have high analytical and quantitative skills and can leverage your expert written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey ideas, insights and recommendations.

Moreover, we anticipate that you meet the following criteria:
Currently in the final year of a bachelor’s degree or in the first year of a master’s degree in a relevant field, with backgrounds including business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or data science.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluent in both written and spoken English, with Danish language skills being an advantageous addition.
