In the role, you will become a part of the Warehouse & Shipping team, which consists of 4 full time employees, who all operates with the goal to ensure successful export of our products worldwide. Two days are never the same and we work in a fast pace, however, it is always with a smile, and we help each other when challenges arise. We are looking to extend our team with a Student Assistant to support us with daily operations and you will gain experience in various disciplines within export.

A student job with focus on worldwide export
As a Student Assistant, you will work with many different tasks related to the export of goods in an international setting. Your primary responsibility will be to support general shipment by coordinating the necessary documents which are crucial when securing the delivery of goods within due time.

Your tasks will also include:

• Documentation of containers
• Handling invoices (internal and external approvals)
• Dangerous goods documentation
• Possible optimization projects for example within procedures and ways of working

Personality matters
We are looking for a student who wants to apply their knowledge in a practical manner and help us in successful export of our products worldwide. We imagine that you are currently studying within the field of Business Administration, Sourcing, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Value Chain Management or similar. However, most important is your great interest for the field of shipping.

As a person you have a great personal drive which enables you to keep an overview of tasks – even in a busy setting and when projects are stretched over a longer period. The people who know you, would describe you as trustworthy, thorough, and structured when approaching different tasks. In addition, you take responsibility and work independently and structured with your tasks, but also appreciate close cooperation with your team.

As you will be working in an international setting, it is a requirement that you master both Danish & English Danish both orally and written.

The job is a part-time position, and we expect you to be able to work approximately 12-16 hours per week – preferable Mondays and Wednesdays. However, the details of the role will be agreed on an individual basis.
