TotalEnergies invites you to join our dynamic Contracts and Procurement department in Esbjerg. Who we are looking for It is important that you possess a safety mindset, that you should keep yourself and colleagues safe at all times. From an education standpoint, you are currently enrolled at a university, and we expect your studies to be within Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, Economics, Energy Management or the Engineering area. We are looking for an extroverted team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals. You have strong stakeholder management qualities and are not afraid to ask questions as the job requires a lot of contact with multiple stakeholders. On that note, you are open to constant learning, being responsible, enthusiastic and engaged in the role as a student assistant in our team. To succeed, you: •are enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program with minimum 2-3 years left in your studies (mandatory). •have good knowledge of MS Office and excel. •are skilled in oral and written English. •Reside in/near Esbjerg.

Activités

As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with multiple teams providing procurement support to our internationally orientated business. The departments consist of 10 colleagues working closely together with other teams (e.g. technical, legal, HSE etc.) for the Company’s operations. In the Sourcing Field Operations & Projects and Sourcing Wells & Logistics teams, you will have the opportunity to be engaged in shaping business strategies and eventually Contracts which will be used in our day-to-day operations. Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with flexibility in the planning. Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
  • Analysis of market intelligence.
  • Support in building contract strategies.
  • Support in preparing invitation to tender documents.
  • Evaluation of bids from suppliers (commercial bids).
  • Analysis of contractual spend.
  • Support Lead Buyers in their day-to-day activities.
