As a Student Assistant in the Vortioxetine and Established Products team, you are able to develop different capabilities through your work on various projects with the Most of your work will range across a wide variety of projects, as you will support your colleagues on many of their key

• Working closely with the operational manager supporting with the planning and execution of contracts, compliance registrations, budget management and various administrative support as booking internal and off-site meetings
• Working closely with the team’s medical specialists preparing strategic medical content for a range of activities, including presentations, and will support the team with interactions with medical affairs colleagues in local affiliates around the world
• Learn about the compliance standards and various business process required to conduct medical external activities

Your future team

The Vortioxetine & Established Products team, in the therapeutic area of major depressive disorder, consists of two medical specialists and one operations The team is responsible for all international medical activities for vortioxetine and established products, including:

• Leading the development of the scientific communication strategy, and driving evidence generation strategies and publication plans in line with the overall strategy for some of Lundbeck´s key brands
• Conducting advisory meetings with medical experts, symposia at conferences, and disease and product training
• Reviewing promotional materials and regulatory documents
• Supporting affiliates and other functions in Lundbeck in our joint effort to address patient needs
• Operational support for cross-functional activities within Medical Affairs and R&  

What you bring to the team

You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or just about to start your master’s degree within life sciences such as Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or relevant degrees in business administration directed towards the health care sector, and are looking for a role where you can shine by:

• Taking ownership of and coordinating your own tasks
• Demonstrating an eye for detail and are good at structuring your time to deliver high quality work
• Bringing enthusiasm for what you do - applying your positive attitude to learn and tackle ad-hoc tasks, both big and small
• Enjoy being part of a team that will ask for help when needed - along with supporting colleagues in need
• Proficient with IT office-tools ( , Excel, PowerPoint)
• Communicating effortlessly in English – both orally and in writing, enabling you to work in an international environment with English as the corporate
