Your challenges
In this role, you will join FPM Supply located in Østbirk, where you will work specifically within the area of Supply Engineering and Product Introduction. The primary responsibility of the team is to support the management with business controlling, financial reporting and different business analysis to ensure a smooth and transparent introduction of new products and implementation of new production technologies. Currently, we are in the process of defining and developing the reporting landscape to ensure efficient working processes and easy access to important information for all stakeholders.
Specifically, as our new Student Business Analyst, you will:
Support the development and maintenance of our reporting landscape in Power BI.
Prepare financial statements and conduct controlling activities for selected departments.
Do ad hoc analysis such as investment/project controlling, explanation of variances.
Your qualifications
You have a good understanding of business economics coupled with a knack for IT. Ideally,you are midway through your bachelor'sstudies, and you are looking to combine your theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Your proficiency in numerical analysis is notable, and you have good understanding of working with data. Prior experience with Power BI is advantageous, although not a prerequisite. You thrive working in a professional environment, although with space for fun, with broad collaboration with engaged colleagues, managers and stakeholders. You take pride in delivering high-quality output by being thorough and quality conscious. Moreover, you possess a natural aptitude for both productivity and analysis, which allows you to handle your responsibilities with autonomy.
The primary language in the team is Danish, however fluency in English is indispensable as this is the company language.
We expect no more than 15 hours per week on average. Naturally, we acknowledge that academic obligations such as projects and exams, might take all your time in some periods.
Physically presence in Østbirk will be required, but some flexibility for remote workis available.
