Job Responsibilities
In this role, your main responsibilities are to:
Drive continuous improvement activities to ensure the Supply Chain processes are efficient, well implemented, and globally aligned to achieve the company's strategic objectives. Support the business with supply chain analysis based on a solid understanding of portfolio and business structure both in sales and operation. Ensure continuous improvement of SC processes by execution of process evaluation and defining improvements where targets are not achieved. Ensure the processes are defined on Divisional level and all the required process documentation is aligned with business requirements (TS standard) Identify opportunities for process standardization and IT automation Ensure timely and effective execution and that resources are assigned to the project effectively Share and educate on Process and project expertise within Global supply chain professional’s network. Follow up on competence gap in processes Responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of process improvements throughout the organization; encourages, challenges and coaches’ others to obtain a high degree of organizational awareness and cooperation. Compare deviation between actual and planned results, Monitor delivery performance per product group and Capacity utilization. Determine Supply chain cost per each chain Drive the BU sales, inventory, and operations plans to increase forecast accuracy while reducing inventories Drive the plants toward 5DDT goals Represent SC initiatives in the BU leadership team meetings Support the processes required to integrate the legacy EH locations into aligned SC processes
Background & Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Over 5 years of experience in supply chain roles in international organizations. Strong background in process improvement and project management. Familiarity with project management, LEAN, and quality improvement principles. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SAP, and APO. Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Strong analytical and systematic approach. Curiosity and ability to convey analytical specifics to various stakeholders. Proven stakeholder and change management skills. High pace, proactive, well-organized, and solution-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to work across cultures.
