The position
As Novo Nordisk continues to grow, so must our dedication to supply chain security & loss prevention management. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping global security processes, helping to standardise the security response worldwide, educating our regional security advisors.

About the department
The Global Security team is part of Novo Nordisk’s Global Legal, IP and Security function. The team is made up of twelve people with a variety of security backgrounds and experiences. As a small team within a larger organisation, we look after each other and ensure everyone is well supported. There are five of us located in Bagsværd and seven are global who we interact with primarily over Microsoft Teams.
Global Security is responsible for providing an intelligence led security programme for implementation across the organisation. We are split into five functional pillars: Product Security, Physical Security (including Supply Chain Security and Loss Prevention), People Security, Resilience, and Intelligence; the direction and guidance from these pillars is delivered to our business partners across the organisation. There are three Regional Security Advisors who interact primarily with international business units, and this enables them to foster close relationships across their regions which provides the Global Security Team a global reach.
