Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
You will be responsible for critical operational and tactical planning processes for selected production areas e.g., production scheduling, capacity planning, setup of planning parameters and coordination in case of supply issues. You will both have well-defined daily, weekly, or monthly tasks, and ad hoc tasks where you must identify the best approach from case to case, based on analysis, your supply chain knowledge, and inputs from stakeholders. In this role you will have many opportunities to collaborate and communicate with different colleagues across the organization.
In the Lundbeck supply chain we have in recent years implemented a new IT-system for planning called Kinaxis RapidResponse and Supply Planning DK is responsible for ensuring continued improvement of this system. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will use your skills, experience, curiosity, and creativity to contribute to this journey and assist the team progress successfully.
Your future team
Supply Planning DK consists of ten employees and is located at Lundbeck’s headquarter in Valby, Denmark. It is a part of the business unit Pharmaceutical Production & Supply Chain, which employs 500 people in Denmark and France.
You will join a team that is very focused on ensuring that Lundbeck produces the right goods in the right quantities at the right time to ensure product availability for patients all over the world.
You will also be part of a team where everyone is enthusiastic about providing support to each other, continuously improving processes, and taking the time to have fun together.
