Our fast-growing company is looking for an experienced technology professional to join our growing Corporate IT department, where you will be a crucial part of modernizing our systems and services. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We have flexible working hours with the ability to work from home. This position can expect 5-10 travel days a year. Responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain all aspects of our corporate IT infrastructure, such as servers, cloud services, systems, networks, and devices.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions or new technologies to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Implement and maintain security systems, processes and policies to protect our systems and data.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, and coordinate with other IT professionals and external vendors as needed.
Conduct regular system backups and implement data recovery procedures.
Lead and take part in various IT projects, that is in line with the IT strategy
Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
In this role the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is key to success. Your responsibilities span many systems, and you should embrace that no two days are alike. As we work with Microsoft cloud-based systems and services, experience with Azure, D365, O365, Intune and Microsoft security related services will be a great advantage. You should also possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset in order to navigate a complex and busy work life, where you will communicate and collaborate across the entire organization.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network technologies.
Proven ability to manage and maintain complex IT systems in a hybrid Cloud and on-prem setup.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and technologies.
Proficient with Microsoft services such as SQL, AD, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
