Radiometer is proud to work alongside a community of six fellow Diagnostics Companies at Danaher. Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges. 

As a , you will be joining a team of three professionals and working towards developing talent across Radiometer and our sister company, HemoCue.

In this role, you will interact with various employees, including people leaders and HR teams across the globe, and work towards our mission of finding solutions to drive all talent processes such as performance and development cycles, engagement and talent planning processes, as well as leadership development.

In your first 6 months with us, with the help of the team, you will be taking over from a colleague who is going on paternity leave. Upon his return, you will continue to support the processes but also take on new areas of responsibility.
