As a , you will be joining a team of three professionals and working towards developing talent across Radiometer and our sister company, HemoCue.

In this role, you will interact with various employees, including people leaders and HR teams across the globe, and work towards our mission of finding solutions to drive all talent processes such as performance and development cycles, engagement and talent planning processes, as well as leadership development.

In your first 6 months with us, with the help of the team, you will be taking over from a colleague who is going on paternity leave. Upon his return, you will continue to support the processes but also take on new areas of responsibility.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive the Employee Engagement Cycle from survey preparation to analysis of results
  • Enable global execution of performance management and development cycles
  • Create, consolidate and prepare the quarterly Talent Newsletter for people leaders, including the timeline for quarterly processes and relevant information for new initiatives
  • Conduct Internal Talent Searches to help associates realize their next career move within Radiometer or Danaher sister companies.
  • In addition to the above, you will later also have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and execute talent assessment and planning cycles
  • Develop and deploy internal talent
  • Coach Early Career Program participants
  • Support the global HR Community in Talent Management processes
  • The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business or another relevant field
  • Some 4+ years of work experience in an HR function within a global organization
  • Experience working with Talent Management/Talent Development for a high performance, metrics-driven culture driving complex processes and projects
  • Good facilitation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for critical details
  • Experience working with Workday is an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • As part of your induction, you will be mainly on-site for the first few months, but later you will have a more flexible hybrid work schedule.
