About the role as a Team Manager:
We're looking for a Team Manager to join our terminal in Aarhus. The terminal in Aarhus is where parcels from our Merchants arrive for delivery the same or next evening to end-consumers. Parcels arriving are sorted and booked for delivery.
As Team Manager you have an important role in ensuring that the (our) daily operation runs smoothly and with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Your responsibility is to make sure that parcels are sorted and booked according to the deadline and assist the drivers during loading.
You will, among other thing:
Be responsible for the daily support of drivers on route
Follow up with drivers on quality
Ensuring the terminal meets the KPI’s set out for our network of terminals.
Ensure that there is a pleasant working atmosphere and if problems arise, you will address them and focus on finding a solution!
As a person we believe that you are a good friend of details, hard working and caring about your surroundings. Solving problems comes naturally for you and you tackle challenges with a smile!
Experience from terminal and/or similar work in logistics
You are a real team player and you like to achieve good results with your team
Communication skills, both written and verbal, in Danish and English
B Drivers license
