As a Technical Advisor within the PrimeForce program, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal education standards to new heights. Your primary responsibility will be to match the most suitable job positions with trainees, considering their educational background and the specific job requirements.

You will play an important role in:
With the green transition, MAN ES is developing new engine types to meet market demands. These new engine types have increased the global demand for skilled engineers who can assist our customers with maintenance, repairs, or remote assistance. In this role, we aim to significantly enhance the quality of our internal training program, PrimeForce. We intend to achieve this by closely aligning the training with specific job roles. This mapping process requires meticulous monitoring, preferably by someone with experience working for MAN-ES and a deep understanding of 2-stroke/4-stroke engines’ technical intricacies.

As a Technical Advisor, you will collaborate with coordinators globally and specialists at Product Centers in Denmark to align technical requirements for our candidates and develop appropriate training plans. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a "gatekeeper" to ensure experience and quality are present before new training commences
• Scanning and validating training tasks
• Coordinating global job training initiatives
• Ensuring timely and tailored training sessions
• Assisting in the development of training programs
• Maintaining technical proficiency within the PrimeForce program

We imagine that you:
There are various paths to success in this role, but we expect you to have work experience as a Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar, preferably with experience at MAN-ES and a deep understanding of 2-stroke/4-stroke engines' technical aspects. Given the extensive internal and external communication involved (Technical Service, Operation, Engineering, Academies and global workshops), excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English are essential.

Additionally, you should be:

• Team-oriented, and capable of motivating and collaborating effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams
• Energetic and persistent, demonstrating a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities

You will be a part of the project and business support team in Technical Service, consisting of 13 highly skilled colleagues with a diverse professional background.
