Tasks

Independent processing of purchase orders for technical drawing parts and assemblies based on the required dates, prices and quality.

Clarification of the order data, specifications and documents with other internal departments, especially Engineering and Standardization

Pro-active follow-up of missing order confirmations and late deliveries

Close collaboration with Strategic Buyer to ensure that we purchase from the right suppliers at the best conditions

Ensure that purchased items are sourced with all necessary documentation and certificates (e.g. food safety)

Processing of quality issues, complaints and active claim management

Active participation in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and implementation of the procurement strategy

Technical background with good knowledge of technical drawings

Effective communicator and relationship builder

You enjoy working together with suppliers and are able to collaborate with them to find good solutions to challenging problems

Motivated and eager to contribute to the Procurement team

Flexible, willingness to be able to adapt to change

Detailed oriented and accurate with data entry

Ability to handle high number of requisitions

Quick learner

You already have some purchasing background or experience

Experience with SAP
