Currently, we’re looking for a Technical Product Manager & Product Owner to join our team – preferably working out of our HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark, but we invite all remotely located able to frequently & feasible visit the office “IRL” to apply also.
As part of the upcoming Product Management trio, you will be the bridge transforming complex tech solutions into real-world impact on sustainability and translating between the specialized domains of digital tech & business – working closely together with the Business & Sustainability Product Manager, Tech Lead & Scrum Master, as well as other key internal and external stakeholders.

Lead the technical product vision, ensuring our platform remains cutting-edge and aligned with user needs.
Liaise with the Tech Lead & Scrum Master and Business & Sustainability Product Manager to ensure alignment on product development priorities and timelines as well as efficient execution.
Bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product features and capabilities.
Translate business requirements from the Business & Market Product Manager into technical solutions.
Define, validate, and break down, high-level features into actionable tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintaining our product backlog.
Prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, enhancements, and technical debt.
Collaborate with the development team and ensure they have what they need to execute.
Coordinate release schedules, ensuring features are released on time and with high quality.
Capture feedback, metrics & analytics, market trends and learnings in general to iterate and improve our platform continuously.
Manage stakeholder expectations and keep them informed about product progress and releases.
Ensure product quality by working closely with the QA team and addressing any technical issues or bugs.
Have prior experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner in the digital tech industry – especially with SaaS applications, multi-sided platforms, or enterprise software.
Hold a deep understanding of software development processes and web technologies.
Are adept at Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to convert complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with AI-powered platforms or sustainability tech solutions is a plus.
Have experience with most of our tech stack and can understand its intricacies.
Have an intrinsic motivation towards sustainability and its tech-driven possibilities.
The linchpin when it comes to turning product visions into reality.
Are the kind who sees the forest and the trees, easily switching between macro and micro perspectives, ensuring product alignment at all levels.
Have a knack for translating ‘business-speak’ into 'tech-speak' as well as 'tech-speak' into layman terms and actionable resolutions.
Understand the importance of and champions both innovation and stability.
Have an uncanny ability to foresee technical challenges and address them proactively.
Challenge them to think beyond the obvious solutions.
Are the go-to for the latest trends in product, digital tech, and perhaps even sustainability.
