Your role as Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager you should be comfortable managing multiple, concurrent digital-focused projects with a varied stakeholder landscape from start to successful completion. You’ll have an innate curiosity for continuously identifying improvements in process while still being completely comfortable dealing with surprising shifts and discovery of unknown variables. Our most successful candidate might have some level of engineering and solutioning background, experience as an agile coach or in agile methodology, strong ability to connect business needs to project execution and with an eye for delivering quality through the coordination of vigorous QA process.

In summary, you will be at the center of all technical projects working with a collaborative team of product managers, engineers and agency resources to deliver projects from inception, within budget and timelines while hitting intended goals.

This role will have managerial responsibility which currently would be over two internal developers (back and frontend).
